KiwiPost Freights goods from the UK, USA, China and Turkey. Customer also can send packages to the UK. Our main aim is to maintain high quality service.

After registration on www.kiwipost.ge customer receives addresses in the USA, Turkey, China and the UK, also, personal KW (identification) number, which is part of your address. While purchase, you can indicate UK, USA or Turkey address in the shipping address section. KiwiPost offers additional services, such as Delivery service and insurance, which can be activated in your account. Transportation and courier service fees should be paid after the package arrives in Georgia.

Customer can choose the branch from KIWIPOST account under "Parameters" section. Change will apply to all packages except the ones in "shipped" or "arrived" section.

The declaration is necessary before the package arrives in Georgia, otherwise, it will be interrupted by the customs. Customer can add a tracking ID in advance, under the "Waiting" section. The declaration can be fulfilled in sections "Warehouse" and "shipped" as well, by indicating the value, category, and online store. In case, you expect a personal package, you can choose "personal package" and indicate an approximate value of the items. In case, the value of the packages on one flight, from one vendor is 300 GEL or more, packages become subject to custom clearance and you need to upload an invoice while declaring your packages.

After purchase, when the status of the order will be "shipped" customer receives tracking ID to check order status. In case, online store won't provide tracking ID, our system will generate a code, after package is received at our warehouse.

• China > GEO - 7-10 days;

• Turkey > GEO - 4-6 days;

Flight dispatch days are determined by country:

• USA > Georgia - Wednesday, Friday;

• UK > Georgia - Friday;

• China > Georgia - Monday, Thursday;

• Turkey > Georgia - Saturday;

• Poland > Georgia - Friday;

Please note flights from Poland are sent once in two weeks.

Transportation fee for online packages is calculated out of gross weight. In case of non-standard packages (when one of the parameters is equal to or more than 51cm) dimensional weight should also be considered. Weight is rounded up to 100 grams. In case of personal packages, the minimum weight in the UK is rounded up to 1KG.

After package arrives in Georgia customer receives 9 digit terminal code, using this code even third party can obtain package from our office in case package is not subject to custom clearance. If the parcel is subject to customs clearance, third party will need a notarized power of attorney.

Courier delivery service should be activated from customers kiwiPost account, in section "arrived". In order to activate delivery service, customer should add appropriate amount of fund to the balance, check the address and phone number, before activating delivery service.

According to Georgian Legislation, in case, value of package is equal to or more than 300 GEL, it becomes subject to the customs clearance procedure, also, packages on one flight, from one online store, with total value equal to or more than 300 GEL. Also if the Gross weight of the package is 30 kg package becomes subject to custom procedure. Package becomes subject to custom procedure if the gross weight is 30 kg or more even in case the value is less than 300 Gel Considering uploaded invoice on your KiwiPost account, custom declaration is automatically finalized and you will be able to pick up package. Please, consider that, customs documentation handling fee is 10 GEL, which is added to transportation fee. Please, note that the service fee will be applied to the declaration form, which should be done before custom procedure will be finalized.

• Goods worth from 300 to 3 000 GEL - 20 GEL;

• Goods worth from 3,000 to 10,000 GEL - 100 GEL;

• Goods worth more than 10,000 GEL - 300 GEL.

Transportation cost is $4/kg, Transportation approximate length is 4-6 days after the departure.

Transportation cost is calculated according to Gross weight and is rounded up to 100 grams. In case, one of the parameters of the packaging is 100 cm and more, you should contact us in advance (before placing the order) through email.

While indicating our address on Trendyol, you should contact us and we will provide code straight away to finalize the process. This procedure should be done only once while indicating the address.
